Dhanush has 15+ years experience working in energy and investment advisory, working as an oil & gas equity analyst at J.P. Morgan and then setting up and leading the European energy business unit at Capstone, where he advised global private equity investors and corporates on M&A transactions. He later joined Power2X as Vice President of Advisory and Business Development.

- Energy transition & clean molecules: Due diligence of an e-fuels pilot plant with EU offtake for a global PE investor; Supported a developer in the Middle East in their SAF pathway selection and policy compliance strategy for EU/UK exports; Due diligence of a European heat pump manufacturer for a global PE investor; Developed a go-to-market strategy for a US green and turquoise hydrogen producer seeking to export to the EU and UK.
- Government policy and regulation: Supported the development of the SAF Mandate for UK Government; Defined low-carbon hydrogen policy advocacy and EU export strategy for a US supermajor; Evaluated the impact of the IMO NZF on a global cruise liner’s future fuel strategy; Evaluated the impact of the EU/UK CBAMs on a global petrochemical manufacturer; Evaluated the impact of CORSIA and global SAF mandates on an airline's sustainability strategy
